Thank you SarahKong. I tried installing the driver from safe mode, but received a message that Windows cannot install drivers in safe mode. So I reset to standard mode, then instead of selecting safe mode, I selected 7, disable driver authentication, and tried installing the ieee 1394 legacy driver windows 10. Still no ieee 1394 legacy driver windows 10. Same messages as in original post above. This site in other languages x.
